7.1 A bet can only be placed by a registered Player.
7.2 A bet can only be placed over the Internet.
7.3 A Player can only place a bet if he has sufficient funds in his account with BetnGo.
7.4 The bet, once concluded, will be governed by the version of Terms and Conditions valid at the time of the bet being accepted.
7.5 A bet is made at fixed odds at the time of clearance by BetnGo, unless otherwise stated. The Player acknowledges that all bets placed on the Exchange by him/her are actually a combination of one or more fixed odds bets. The exact combination of odds is shown in the online betting confirmation issued by us.
7.6 The Payout of a winning bet is credited to the Player’s account, consisting of the stake times the odds at which the bet was played.
7.7 BetnGo reserves the right to adjust a Payout credited to a BetnGo account if it is obvious that the Payout has been credited due to an Error.
7.8 A bet, which has been placed and accepted, cannot be amended, withdrawn or cancelled by the player.
7.9 The list of all the bets, their status and details are available to the Player on the website.
7.10 A mistake regarding the details of a bet or bets will not influence the validity of the bet. If the pool/fund on which the bet has been placed is incorrect then this will automatically void the bet.
7.11 When the Player places a bet he/she acknowledges that he/she has read and understood in full all of the terms and conditions and game rules regarding the bet as stated on the website.
7.12 BetnGo manages the Player’s account, calculates the available funds, the pending funds, the betting funds as well as the amount of the winnings. Unless proved otherwise, these amounts are considered as final and are deemed to be accurate.
7.13 The Player is fully responsible for the bets placed. BetnGo will not ordinarily question the Player about the relevance of the bets they wish to place and will not be held responsible for the possible mistakes that could have been made during the placing of such bets.
7.14 Winnings will be paid into the Player’s account after the final result is confirmed. However, BetnGo reserves the right to set aside any winnings should there be investigations into the result of a pool resulting from a suspicion of criminal activities that may have affected the result of the pool. If the irregularity is confirmed then BetnGo retains the right to void any related bets.
7.15 Should BetnGo become aware that a Player has placed a number of bets from different accounts he has irregularly opened, all bets will be voidable at the unfettered discretion of BetnGo. BetnGo retains the right to take further action as deemed necessary.
7.16 If bets, which exceed the stated amounts, are erroneously accepted, the excess amount will be disregarded and the bet amount placed will be revised accordingly and the difference paid back to the Player.
7.17 The Player affirms that he/she is not part of a betting syndicate, where several parties are involved in placing bets in order to evade the rules of BetnGo.
7.18 Unless otherwise stated, all bets on BetnGo are according to the full time result of a match.
7.19 Statistics or editorial text published at the BetnGo site is added information and BetnGo does not acknowledge or accept any liability whatsoever if the information is incorrect. It is the Player’s responsibility to be aware about circumstances relating to an event.

7.21 BetnGo reserves the right to declare a Bet void, totally or partly, if it is obvious that:

Such special rules may either be published herein under “Sportsbetting Special Rules” or in conjunction with published odds for particular matches or events. You will be informed whether you have won or lost once communication is re-established. If the bet is not received at our servers then it will not participate and the bet amount will not be taken from your account with us.

9. Sportsbetting Special Rules
BETNGO.COM – SPORTS, MARKETS AND RULES
15. RUGBY LEAGUE AND RUGBY UNION
1. MISCELLANEOUS
Change of venue
For any team sport: if the scheduled venue is changed after the market is loaded, all bets will be void only if the new venue is a home ground of the original away team.
For all categories or markets other than team sports: if the scheduled venue is changed after the market is loaded, all bets will stand.
If there is a change in the type of scheduled surface after the market has been loaded, all bets will stand.
Dead heat
For each bet matched on a relevant winning selection, the stake money is first reduced in proportion by multiplying it by the sum of the number of winners, divided by the number of actual winners (i.e. stake multiplied by (number of winners expected/number of actual winners)). The winnings are then paid to the successful backers on this 'reduced stake' (reduced stake multiplied by traded price).
For example, assume there is a dead heat for first place between three horses. 'Client A' has backed one of the winners for a stake of 300 at the traded price of 4.0. When the event is settled, the stake (300) is multiplied by 1/3 (i.e. the number of expected winners (1) divided by the number of actual winners (3)) to calculate the reduced stake (100). The backer then receives the traded price matched (4.0) multiplied by the reduced stake (4 x 100 = 400). In this example, Client A's net winnings are 100 (400 payout minus the original 300 stake).
Suspected Irregularities
BETnGO.com may withhold payments until a full investigation from the relevant governing body/independent authority has taken place when a game or sporting event contains any suspected irregularities.
Human error / System problems
If a bet is accepted at a price that is materially different from those available in the general market at the time the bet was made or clearly incorrect given the chance of the event occurring then BETnGO.com will void all these bets.
Multiples
A multiple bet consists of a number of different chosen selections in any individual event market.
BETnGO.com reserves the right not to accept certain multiple bets.
If a multiple contains a selection that is being voided the odds for this selection will be set to 1, i.e. if the multiple contains the selections over2.5 goals in game A (odds=2)* home in game B (odds=1.5) and game B is being voided the odds for this multiple will be 2 * 1 = 2.
Settled outcomes
There are five different settled outcomes being used: Win Lose, Tie, Half win and Half lose. Half win and Half lose refers to Asian handicap or Over/Under where the line includes a quarter (0.25, 0.75, 1.25 etc.).
I.e. if a bet is placed on over 2.25, half of the stake is placed on over 2 and half of the stake is placed on over 2.5. If the game ends with exactly two goals (1-1, 2-0 or 0-2) the bet placed on over 2 is settled tie and the bet placed on over 2.5 is settled lose. This is called Half lose. If the game ends with more than two goals the bet is settled win or if it ends with less than two goals the bet is settled lose.
I.e. if a bet is placed on over 2.75, half of the stake is placed on over 2.5 and half of the stake is placed on over 3. If the game ends with exactly three goals (2-1, 3-0, 1-2 or 0-3) the bet placed on over 2.5 is settled as win and the bet placed on over 3 is settled tie. This is called Half win. If the game ends with more than three goals the bet is settled win or if it ends with less than three goals the bet is settled lose.
